Andy Caddock

I have worked in multiple market sectors and in multiple countries through my 25+ years of working life.  I have worked in market sectors such as Automotive, Aerospace, Renewables and most recently Finance.  I have worked as a Sales Rep, an Engineer, a Project Manager, a Program Manager, a Client Relationship Manager, a Director and a Managing Director.  My career has taken me to the USA, Spain, Germany, France and Turkey amongst others.

Given my diverse background I have insights into many different industries, job functions and cultures and the issues associated with these.

I am the Managing Director of 3 businesses, one of which has been running for 20+ years, one that is in it's infancy and a new start-up.  I have worked with a range of business sizes from multi-nationals to SME's.

I am trained in Global 8D (G8D), Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA - also known as Root Cause Analysis)  and Internal and External auditing (Previously TS16949 and ISO-9001, and more recently ISO-27001, ISO-27002 & ISO-19011).
